Do not use fake information or impersonate others.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential.

3. Products and prices
All products are clearly described in terms of name, capacity, origin, and availability.

Prices are clearly listed and may change depending on time, promotions or store policies.

4. Payment policy
We accept payment methods such as: bank transfer, e-wallet (Momo, ZaloPay), or cash on delivery (COD).

Orders are only confirmed after we receive payment or verification from the COD system.

5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is from 1-5 working days, depending on the area.

We cooperate with reputable shipping units to ensure that the goods reach customers in the best condition.

In case of failed delivery due to customer error (not receiving the goods, providing the wrong address…), you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.

6. Return/exchange policy
