WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

1. Timeframe & Scope of Application

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon receipt. If there is any issue such as wrong item, wrong size, missing parts, or damage during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered complete and no claims will be accepted.

The return/exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt and applies only to products with technical or manufacturing defects.


2. Return/Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
  • Product must include all original packaging, boxes, and accessories (if any).
  • Return/exchange is not applicable for discounted or promotional items, or items damaged due to misuse.

3. Refund Policy

General rule: refunds are not applicable.

Exception: If the company is unable to deliver the item due to stock unavailability or discontinued product, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees related to returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer.

Aloura Co., Ltd does not cover shipping costs, except in special cases that will be considered and confirmed in writing or via email.


5. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Aloura’s customer service hotline or email within the applicable timeframe to register your return/exchange request.
  2. Provide product images/videos and the purchase invoice for verification.
  3. Send the item back according to instructions provided.
  4. Aloura will inspect the product; if all conditions are met, we will proceed with an exchange or refund based on our policy.
